Involving a 37,000 Sq/ft. fit out in the Nova Centre. The Construction team turned in a successful project with no safety incidents, meeting occupancy schedule with no interruption in PPS moving date and having only three change orders. The project took three months of planning and four months for occupancy and turn over.

• Build to the Department of Corrections Code.
• Security Access to meld with Nova Centre’s Infrastructure.
• Custom interior Glass Office fronts with suspended drywall sound rated assembly.
• Custom Sound Baffles and white noise speakers and diffusers, to an STC rating of 86 DB.
• All electrical and IT/Sound wiring inside fire rated assemblies and conduit piping.
• Twelve hour shifts were required to complete this fit out with other tenants below and above, so this was especially challenging. To meet these requirements, we needed to put in place staggered shift starts.
