Services

Design Build noun.
Design-Build is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. The designer and contractor work together from beginning to end to provide unified project recommendations to fit the established project plan.

Collaboration with clients begins as early as possible in the Design-Build process to ensure that their project needs, vision, budget and schedule are met, ultimately saving time and money while allowing for more innovation, collaboration and higher quality projects.

General Contracting noun.
General Contracting  is a process in which a construction manager is employed by a client to be responsible for the overall coordination of a project. Project managers, estimators, coordinators, and site superintendents work collaboratively to ensure competitive bids, quality construction and budget control for each project.

The general contractor reviews and analyzes the scope of work and requirements of the project, collects quotes from specialized subcontractors, adds their own overhead costs and can then submit a quote, giving the client greater control over the project.

Project Management noun.
Project Management is the process of leading a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints of scope, time and budget. The project documentation is established from the start of the development process to ensure that the project carefully aligns with the client’s objectives.

The client’s objectives will guide all decisions made by the collaborators involved in the project, including project managers, designers, contractors and subcontractors.

Tilt-Up Construction noun.
Tilt-up is a method of construction whereby large concrete panels are cast onsite and then raised into position with a crane. The building system, which was conceptualized in the early 1900s, is used throughout North America and across the globe. It is employed on virtually every building type, from distribution centers, to schools, churches, libraries, retail centers, and office buildings.

Once considered a method suitable only for large warehouses, today, tilt-up construction is the method of choice for many developers, designers and contractors because of its numerous benefits.
