Some notable features of the project include:

• The exterior walls of the building were built with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) matched with an energy efficient rooftop air-conditioning unit in order to be mindful of energy usage.
• An exterior brick wall finish was chosen to resemble the appearance of an older building, blending seamlessly into the surrounding area.
• All of the buildings entrances, openings, and flashings were designed with black finishes to complement the old-style brick.
• The interior features hardwood millwork and copper countertops in the bar area. as well as wall tile finishes and art to represent Propellers brand and heritage.
• The drive through options allows customers to purchase products and merchandise.
• A large cooler with exterior access for drive-through customers.
• Two large overhead doors provide access to a custom outdoor seating area with a privacy screen.
• the roof structure was designed to accommodate a future rooftop patio expansion.
